There is a large collection of plays and sets of plays – full-length; one act; Scottish; plays from other countries; by famous authors (Ayckbourn, Albee, Corrie, Coward,Liz Lochhead, Miller, to Shaw, Shakespeare, Sheridan , and Wilde – to mention only some); plays for Easter and Christmas; pantos, musicals and many plays for youth groups.

While the Library at Summerhall will remain closed to the public for a while longer we are delighted to be able to advise that the postal service is re-commencing as of now.
Script requests go to library@scda.org.uk
Please be patient as circumstances may delay processing.
We would ask that you don’t try and visit the Library. Scripts can however be returned to Summerhall reception with appropriate social distancing measures.
